If your building-level team works with transition-age students and is seeking to improve the outcomes of students with disabilities, you are invited to apply to be one of the ten schools that will be selected to participate in the Spring 2014 Transition Self-Study.
Transition Self-Study Units are an effective, building-based professional development provided by the Transition Coalition for TASN Provider KSSC and Kansas schools. With a wide variety of topics, webinars are broadcast live & are then archived to be viewable at your convenience. These web-based, interactive presentations are brought to you by an expert in the field of secondary special education, and provide information on effective practices. Webinars give you the opportunity to ask questions and engage with national experts and other educators across Kansas.
Kansas Secondary Connections provides a variety of workshops for districts across the state of Kansas. Workshops provide hands-on content related to Cluster 1 Indicators. Each workshop provides sound, specific resources to assist school personnel to support the graduation and transition to adulthood of students with disabilities.
