Transition Self-Study

Transition Coalition Self-Study Units are an effective, building-based professional development provided by the Transition Coalition funded by TASN. Each Transition Coalition Self-Study unit is carefully designed to be a team-driven blend of online learning, group activities, and action plan implementation complete with materials and ongoing Transition Coalition support. Teams can receive $500 and individuals who complete the unit receive 30 CEU credit.
